This End User Licence Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you (a natural person or legal entity) and László Sas. The Agreement governs the use of the HomeoArchive site and software.
You are only entitled to use the Software and the site if you abide by the Terms and Conditions. By using the Software or the site in any ways whatsoever you agree to be bound by the Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Software or this site.
After accepting this Agreement it grants you the non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Software and the site for personal or business use. Documents (old homeopathic articles and books) available on this site are in public domain, meaning that they are not subject to copyright. You are free to copy, use, and redistribute the works in part or in whole.
You cannot share the user identification and password provided to you when registering the Software.
You cannot use the Software or the site if you are not an adult person.
László Sas reserves all rights not explicitly granted to you by the Agreement. The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and international conventions. The legal title of the Software, and the copyrights and other intellectual property rights of the Software are owned by the László Sas. You are only granted the right to use the Software, you do not acquire ownership of copyright or other intellectual property rights in any part of the Software by virtue of this Agreement.
As mentioned before documents (old homeopathic articles and books) available on this site are in public domain, meaning that they are not subject to copyright.
László Sas provides no support for the Software. You can report software issues and bugs via email (contact), but László Sas has no obligation to fix them.
László Sas offers the Software and the site and its content "AS IS" and no explicit or implicit warranties can be enforced against László Sas. László Sas takes no responsibility for any damages (including, but not limited to lost or damaged files, lost profits, interruption of business activity, damages caused by losing business information or malwares, other economic losses, damages caused by stolen login accounts, stolen email addresses and stolen personal information or any health issues) related to the use or inability to use the Software or the content of this site, even if László Sas is informed before or after the damage(s) occurred.

Should you violate the conditions described herein, László Sas will terminate the Agreement with immediate effect.
This Agreement and the contractual relationship established by it is governed by Hungarian law, the laws of Hungary, also to be used when interpreting said Agreement and relationship. Should legal disputes arise between you and László Sas, you and László Sas accept the jurisdiction of the assigned general court of Hungary.
